  They run big sale ads but if you aren't there the first day you're not going to get the item you want. They claim they are only sent limited stock and once out can't get more or issue rain checks. No wonder Lowes is always crowded.

  I bought a 4000.00 refrigerator and asked them to deliver it. They had to take the doors off to get it in. When they put the doors back on, they crimped the wires and damaged one or more of the mother boards. When I went to the store to tell them what the Sears technician said, I got a lecture about how I shouldn't have bought such a big freaking refrigerator. (his words not mine). In the end I had them to pick it up and took my business to Lowes. I'll never spend my money here again
