  I was very unhappy with the staff at crossville wholesale carpet after purchasing carpet for my mothers house I was told there was a special that included free installation I had gone in and got the floor ready for the carpet installers but after the job was completed I was told I still owed almost 400 dollars for labor even though I had already done everything required to just install the carpet I asked for itemized statement to what the labor charge was for but was refused the request BUYERS BEWARE FOR ADDED CHARGES WILL NOT RECOMMEND THRM

  After being stood-up by a tile installer and a frustrating experience with Lowes, I went to Crossville Carpet. I am so glad I did and they’ll be my first stop for my next project. The salesperson listened to my frustrations and was very understanding. She made sure the installers contacted me right away for measurements and she stayed in contract throughout the process. Very satisfied with the sales staff, the installation crew, and the product.
